Job postings are actually interesting reading – employers tell you the best things about themselves and the specifics of the work they need. I met someone who would browse job postings just to see what was available even while employed at a job he liked. That’s actually smart. Kind of like personal ads – you have to “sell” yourself as a candidate but companies also want to “sell” themselves to get the best people.

Spent 20 minutes looking through ZipRecruiter after hearing their ads over and over again on podcasts. Much better than Craigslist lol – 6000+ listings for remote work. Interesting companies and positions.

I’m not interested in working with the prison population but I clicked on a job posting for Data Analyst at the Amity Foundation which sounds so interesting if I had that background.

After ZipRecruiter, I can move onto LinkedIn. But I need to figure out what I want to put on my profile :P.
