Question 3 is “Are any of these benefits imperative for you? Which ones are unnecessary?” Health care really depends on the plan so I think the most important benefits to me would be 1) work-from-home flexibility, 2) vacation time / holidays and 3) retirement (401k or 403b) or pension.
