I found a Dec 2009 email where I listed the percentage of time spent on different areas so these would be areas to add to my list:

“Programs (S) = 25%

Organization (EBS) = 15%

Finances (USAID 11% and S 2%) = 13%

Operations (EBS) = 13%

Communications-Internal (EBS) = 10%

Legal (S) = 7%

Communications-External (EBS) = 7%

Human Resources (EBS) = 5%”
