Spent about 20 minutes reading another 10 emails or so. Even though the purpose of reading through all these emails is not to get involved in these issues again, reading them does renew my desire to bring some kind of resolution to the problems. If nothing else, I want to come to my own conclusions about what needs to be done so that I can pass them along to other people if I’m neither willing or able to do it myself.
