I don’t have the concentration to make sense of it now but in this email and others, I got an inside look into how a nonprofit program gets formed as well as what happens after it’s put together. I was asked to write a memorandum of understanding in order to recruit some badly needed expertise at the same time, but I’m not sure what happened with that because the email chain didn’t have a conclusion.
